3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration on jl3qq requires provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl3qq account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. You agree to immediately notify jl3qq customer support of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach of which you become aware.

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your jl3qq account, whether authorized or unauthorized. We will not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures or protect your login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification

jl3qq reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or restrictions on withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits and Account Funding
